The learned counsel for the appellants seeks liberty to withdraw the appeals. The learned counsel for the appellants, however, prays that taking into consideration that the proceedings are pending before the learned Joint Charity Commissioner for a considerable time, the learned Joint Charity Commissioner be directed to decide the proceedings expeditiously.

Since the appellants desire to withdraw the appeals, Letters Patent Appeal Nos. 210 of 2011 and 38 of 2009 are disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned Joint Charity Commissioner is directed to decide the proceedings out of which the present appeals arise, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. All
