DATE : 18-03-2025 The petitioners, who were appointed as Superintendent on the dates as indicated in the Chart at Annexure-1, seek the benefits of the ACP Scheme. In a similar situation, this court in Parasram H. Jadhav and others vs. State of Maharashtra in Writ Petition No.377 of 2023, while considering the benefits of ACP as modified in terms of the Government Resolution dated 02-3-2019, has accepted the plea of similarly situated persons, on account which we dispose of this petition, by directing the respondents to examine the entitlement and eligibility of the petitioners, to receive the benefits of the ACP Scheme in light of the Government Resolution dated 02-3-2019 and other Government Resolutions as applicable in that regard. The

2 wp1908.24 same shall be considered within a period of eight weeks of receiving a copy of this order and in case the petitioners are found to be entitled to receive such benefits, the same shall be released in their favour within a period of four months from such decision being taken.
