(Passed on 11.02.2023) The appellant - Oriental Insurance Company is present through it's Counsel. The Manager of the appellant is also present. The respondents are absent. The appellant has accepted the compensation awarded by the Trial Court amounting to Rs.1,98,500/- together with interest at the rate of Rs.9%. As per appellant, it has already deposited the decreetal amount together with interest in M.A.C.T., Darwha. The appellant do not want to proceed with this appeal. Hence, the appeal is disposed of, as withdrawn.

The respondents are hereby given liberty to withdraw the amount as per order of the Trial Court.
