Heard the learned advocate for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondentState. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the direction given by this Court vide order dated 21/08/2017 in Writ petition No.5444/2016 has been complied with. The respondent No.3 has granted approval to the petitioners. The order in respect of Smt. Vandana Prakash Samarth is at page No.29 and the order in respect of Smt. Sharda Roopchand Ramteke is at page No.27. We are convinced that the order passed by this Court stands complied with.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that in terms of the approval, the arrears accrued, in the meantime

5-CP-61-18 have not been paid. It is made clear that the petitioners would be required to raise their grievance / matter before the management.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. In view of the disposal of the petition, pending civil applications also stand disposed of.
