In the light of the fact that the application for amendment was moved when the suit was fixed for final arguments, I am not inclined to exercise jurisdiction in favour of the petitioner. With liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed below Exhibit-66 in appeal if the need arises, the writ petition is disposed of. The points raised are kept open.
