By this application, the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 are seeking directions to transfer the amount of compensation to the Reference Court.

First appeal is already disposed by this Court vide order dated 10.03.2017. Appellant has already deposited the amount of Rs.5,79,756/- on 21.10.2016. It is submitted that after disposal of the matter, the respondent No.1 died, his legal heirs filed this application.

Considering the appeal is already disposed of, the legal heirs of respondent No.1 are entitled to receive the amount. It will be convenient for the legal heirs to approach the Reference Court to withdraw the amount.

In view of that Registry to transfer the amount of compensation to the Reference Court.
