Shri Ghuge, the learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to delete the name of the petitioner nos.6 and 9 from the array of the petitioners and grant liberty to them to file a separate petition as the facts involved in the case of the rest of the petitioners is identical, whereas the facts in case of the petitioner nos.6 and 9 differ.

Permission and liberty, both, are granted as prayed for.

The amendment should be carried out forthwith. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
