The learned advocate for the applicants (original petitioners) states that the non-applicant/respondent No.1 is reinstated and is receiving her salary regularly. By this application, the applicants/petitioners seek review of the judgment passed by this Court to the extent directions are given to pay the back-wages. It is submitted that the financial condition of the petitioner No.1-society is not good and it is not possible for it to pay back-wages.

I find that the issue of entitlement of the respondent No.1 for back-wages is considered in paragraph No.7 of the judgment given in Writ Petition No. 1821 of 2015. The applicants/ petitioners have not been able to point out any error apparent on the face of the record which necessitates review of the judgment.

The application is dismissed. No costs.
