Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.
Perused the record. Perused the post mortem report and the nature of injuries Undoubtedly the deceased received four stab injuries on the chest. Having seen the depth of the injuries from the post mortem report which shows no intention to commit murder; and the deceased surviving for eight days in the hospital, in my opinion the applicant would be entitled to grant of bail pending trial. That being so, I make the following order :
Order A] Criminal Application (BA) No.129 of 2015 is allowed.
B] The applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like sum.
C] The applicant shall not enter the
boundary of Chandrapur till the trial is over. JUDGE Deshmukh
