After having gone through the contents of the F.I.R. it is crystal clear that there is specific allegation against the applicant no.1 that he has used abusive language in the name of caste. So far as other applicants are concerned, there are specific allegations and the overt act, which they have committed in the incident. In our view, this is not a case wherein the Court should exercise its jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Hence, the application is rejected.
