Tobacco is prohibited in the State of Maharashtra. Offence under Section 328 of the Indian Penal Code hardly attracts.

While granting ad interim anticipatory bail on 15.2.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly objected the present application.

Looking to the allegations, ad interim order granted on 15.2.2019 stands confirmed.
