Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code against the husband of the petitioner has been registered and is being investigated. He further submits that the husband of the petitioner has absolutely no role in the alleged offence of murder registered against him and investigating machinery is not taking into consideration the fact that the applicant has no role in the offence in question. We are afraid we can entertain such a petition. We, therefore, make the following order:

ORDER

Criminal Writ Petition No.180 of 2015 is summarily rejected.
