There is an inadvertent slip in recording the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 9th February, 2017.

The submission should have been recorded as follows :

"Though it is argued on behalf of the petitioners that the employer is not an industry as contemplated by Section 2(j) of the Industrial Disputes Act, the Industrial Court has rightly considered this point in paragraph No.10 of the impugned judgment."

The word "not" is not recorded inadvertently. Office is directed to correct the error and supply certified copy of the corrected order to the petitioner free of costs.
