Heard Shri M.V. Mohokar, learned counsel for petitioners, Shri A.D. Mohgaonkar, learned counsel for respondent no.1, Shri Vijay Bramhe with Shri A.J. Pathak, learned counsel for respondent no.2 and Shri R.R. Vyas, learned counsel for respondent no.3. 2.
Petitioners have been working since 12.2.2018. Their grievance is earlier work available at project site is not taken from them and they are posted at residential colony, where nature of work is different and wages are also less.

We find that this grievance cannot be looked into in contempt. Writ Petition in which controversy is being considered is already admitted for final hearing.

Hence, with liberty to petitioners to move appropriate application in pending writ petition, we dispose of contempt petition. No costs.
