ATE : OCTOBER 04 , 2024 In continuation of our order dated 26/09/2024, Mr.Marathe, learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed before us the response from the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur received by him in writing. As per the Deputy Director of Education, the approval to the proposal of Mr.Narendra Lambat in a similar scenario as that of the petitioner was approved at the level of the State Government and therefore, the stand adopted is that even the proposal of the petitioner shall be forwarded once again to the State Government.

2) Accepting the aforesaid statement, we expect the Deputy Director of Education to forward the proposal of the petitioner to the State Government forthwith and we expect the State Government to take a decision thereupon within six weeks from today.

2 913-wp 1243.2020.odt 3) Resultantly, we quash and set aside the communication dated 01/02/2020, refusing the approval, as now proposal is once again forwarded to the State Government for its approval.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed off.
