Present application is filed by respondent nos.1 to 3 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of compensation. Vide order dated 10.07.2018 amount of 75% was allowed to be withdrawn and 25% is lying in this Court. It appears that appeal has been withdrawn on 17.01.2022. In view thereof, there is no impediment in allowing this application for withdrawing remaining 25% amount of compensation. Accordingly, applicants-respondent nos.1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw 25% of amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon lying in this Court. Registry to take necessary steps. Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
