By these writ petitions, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondents to carry out the assessment as per the returns filed by the petitioners for the period from April-2011 to March-2012. The petitioners have also sought the refund of the amount after the completion of the assessment. Shri Gohokar, the learned counsel for the petitioners states, on instructions, that the assessment for the year 2011-2012 has been completed by the respondents and the grievance of the petitioners in that regard stands redressed.
