By this application, the respondents seek permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,17,500/- deposited by the petitioner in terms of order dated 14-102015. Considering the aforesaid order and as the amount of maintenance deposited is @ Rs.2,500/- per month, the application is allowed.

The respondents are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,17,500/- with interest accrued thereon. Civil application is disposed of.
