Having absorbed the petitioner in the respondent No.3-School, his pay bills are already informed to be submitted to the respondent No.1Education Officer. 2.

We direct the respondent No.1-Education Officer to process the pay bills of the petitioner expeditiously.

The petitioner and the respondent No.3 to extend all co-operation in the matter of covering the shortfalls in the pay bills. 4.

Let the arrears of salary be released to the petitioner within a period of three months from today.
