MARCH 3, 2025 Having heard for some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the trial Court for seeking relief in terms of the location of plots as reflected in two sanctioned layouts; one that was sanctioned by the Additional Collector, Yavatmal, vide order dated 28/7/1992 and the other vide order dated 16/7/2002. 2] Permission is granted. The petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. All questions are kept open.
