NAIK & A.M.BADAR, JJ DATE : 24.4.2015 Shri Paliwal, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the Management is not made a party to the writ petition, the petitioner would file an appropriate application in the disposed of writ petition as despite the statement made by the Head Master after seeking instructions from the Management, the salary of the petitioner is not paid.

Since, we do not find that the Head Master could be held guilt of contempt as he is not the employer of the petitioner and he had made the statement by taking instructions from the Management, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
