Applicant/respondent No. 8, after attaining the majority, has filed this application to permit her to withdraw the amount which was kept in fixed deposit as per the order dated 09.11.2023, for which learned counsel for the appellant has no objection. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the application as well as no objection of the learned counsel for appellant and perusal of the order dated 09.11.2023, the application is allowed as prayed. As per the order dated 09.11.2023, all applicants except applicant Nos. 8 and 9, who were minors, were permitted to withdraw their shares. Now, the applicant is a major and has filed her birth certificate on record to demonstrate that she has attained majority. It also appears from the Farad Sheet dated 23.04.2024 that the amount of the share of the applicant was kept in a fixed deposit. Hence, the application is allowed.

4. Registrar (J) is directed to release the amount kept in a fixed deposit in the name of the applicant, upon usual undertaking, within four weeks, into her bank account, upon her furnishing the bank account details.
