The learned counsel for the applicants submits that, the matter pertains to regularization and similarly situated employees have been granted benefit of regularization by this Court in one of the matters by reviewing the judgment passed in Writ Petition No.3934 of 2008, vide order dated 28.06.2023.

Considering the said fact, I am of the opinion that, this matter needs to be heard afresh for the ends of justice. Accordingly, the application for review is allowed. Civil application is disposed of accordingly. C.L. Dhakate
