Heard Shri Kalmegh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Khan, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Shri A.M. Deshpande, learned counsel for respondent No. 3.

The petitioner joined employment in 2011.

Shri Kalmegh, learned counsel informs that his brother and sister have been given validity.

We find that the validity has been given subject to decision of Special Leave Petition which then was to be filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Shri Kalmegh, learned counsel submits that no such SLP came to be filed.

Shri Deshpande, learned counsel submits that the claim of the petitioner will be looked into within six months.

We find that the petitioner has been called for hearing by Respondent No. 2 - Committee on 16.04.2015.

In this situation, we direct the said

1504wp1336.15 Committee to take appropriate decision on claim of the petitioner within a period of six months from 16.04.2015. Needless to mention that validities noted supra shall also be duly looked into by the Committee for said purpose.

With these directions, we partly allow the petition and dispose of the same. No order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
