By order passed on 7th August, 2018 this Court condoned the delay of 290 days in filing the appeal subject to payment of Rs.500/- to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur within two weeks. Today, the matter is listed with the office note that the appellant has not filed receipt showing payment /deposit of the amount of costs. The Advocate for the appellant has shown a receipt at the time of hearing to urge that amount of Rs.500/- is deposited with Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur on 21st August, 2018. The matter is listed before the Court as receipt showing payment within time is not placed on record. It is only because of lapse on the part of the appellant in producing the receipt, the office is required to list the matter unnecessarily before the Court.
