The respondent no.1 has expired on 09.07.2018. The learned counsel for respondent no.1 filed a pursis dated 25.09.2024 intimating this fact. Accordingly, the appellant has moved an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 on record on 12.02.2025. Since there is a delay in moving the application, the present application is filed for condonation of delay. The appellant was not aware about demise of the respondent no.1 and got knowledge about the same only upon receiving copy of the pursis dated 25.09.2024. The delay is properly explained and is condoned accordingly. The abatement of appeal against the deceased respondent no.1 is set aside. 3.

Civil application is disposed of accordingly.
