As per these terms, the petitioner has undertaken to pay an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- to the respondent within period of three months. The learned counsel therefore submits that in view of this understanding between the parties, the writ petition can be disposed of.

In view of the compromise dated 28/06/2016 between the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of. The terms mentioned therein would be binding on both the parties. No order as to costs.
