Learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that though appeal is of the year 2022, the FIR is lodged in the year 2005. The incident is also of 04.11.2005. The charge-sheet was filed in the year 2007, but the Special Case is disposed of on 07.06.2022.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the early hearing is granted.

The appeal be placed before the Court for final hearing in the week commencing from 01.04.2024.
