Considering the reasons stated in the application and the facts that the same request was granted earlier, the applicant/appellant is permitted to serve proposed respondent No.1(a-I) by publishing notice in daily "Lokmat" having wide circulation at Chandrapur.
The appellant shall take appropriate steps in the matter within four weeks, failing which Civil Application No. 195 of 2010 shall stand dismissed against the proposed respondent No. 1(a-I).
