Shri Pathak, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, states that the Directors of Petitioner Company have received a notice from the Respondent Provident Fund Department on 12 February 2021 for deposit of the amount towards Provident Fund by 26 February 2021.

2) The Petitioner has made a representation to the Authorities stating that the creditors of the Petitioner Company

1003wp1199.21 have invoked Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and Interim Resolution Professional is also appointed. This representation was made on 23 February 2021 and within three days thereafter this writ petition is filed.

3) If the Petitioner has pointed out the position and no action is taken so far against the Petitioner, it appears that the Respondent may have been satisfied with the explanation of the Petitioner. Therefore, it is not necessary for us to issue any direction. In case any steps are to be taken against the Petitioner, decision on the representation of the Petitioner be communicated to the Petitioner. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
