Heard Shri M.P. Jaiswal, advocate for the respondent No.1/ applicant, Ms Aarti Singh, advocate holding for Shri P.D. Meghe, advocate for the petitioners and Ms. H.N. Prabhu, A.G.P. for the respondent No.2.

The respondent No.1 is working on daily wages. The claim of the respondent No.1 for regularization is upheld by the Industrial Court. However, this Court has stayed the effect and execution of the order passed by the Industrial Court.

Considering the facts, I am not inclined to grant prayer for early hearing at this stage. The Civil Application is dismissed with liberty to the respondent No.1 to renew her request after six months.
