The Respondent Nos.2 and 3, who were the claimant Nos.2 and 3 in the claim petition, have filed this application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Appellant - Insurance Company.

By order dated 31/07/2019, this Court had awarded compensation of Rs.25,39,580/- with interest payable to respondent Nos.1, 2, 3 and 5. It is stated that respondent Nos.1 and 5 have expired and that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are the only legal representatives of respondent Nos.1 and 5.

In the light of the said statement, the compensation deposited by the Appellant - Insurance Company is ordered to be paid to respondent Nos.2 and 3 in equal proportion, along with interest accrued thereon.

The civil application stands disposed of.
