Present application is for seeking stay to the effect, operation, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 20.02.2018 passed by the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C. No.1002 of 2012. 2.

Ms Khisti, learned Advocate for appellant submitted that the amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest is already deposited by the appellant.

In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate Ms Khisti, the effect, operation, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 20.02.2018 in L.A.C. No.1002 of 2012 is stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. 4.

The civil application is disposed of.
