02] By the present application, the applicant seeks suspension of sentence imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Corrected as per Court's Order dated 05/03/2024 Gadchiroli, which was modified in Criminal Appeal No.16/2021 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gadchiroli reducing the sentence to undergo simple imprisonment for three months. 03] Considering the substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant, which is relatively a short term, the same is hereby suspended till disposal of this criminal revision application. 04] The applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount before the trial Court. The applicant shall remain present on the date of final hearing of the revision application. 05] The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. JUDGE *sandesh
