Learned junior, who assisted the Court on 24/4/2015, lateron informed that his office, instead of forwarding notice of withdrawal of Vakalatnama to the concerned client, forwarded it to the party-respondents, who were not their clients.

He, therefore, sought leave to serve notice upon his client and thereafter to move appropriate application. The matter is listed today before the Court because of this disclosure. However, it appears that it has appeared on cause list prepared by the Registry in the afternoon and not circulated to the Bar.
