Today, the matter is listed for correction of the order dated 15.12.2025, whereby the matter was transferred to the District and Sessions Court, Katol. In fact, there is no District and Sessions Court at Katol. However it appears that, inadvertently, it was referred as District and Sessions Court, Katol instead of District and Sessions Court, Nagpur.

In that view of the matter, the word 'District and Sessions Court, Katol' be replaced with 'District and Sessions Court, Nagpur'.

Corrections be done accordingly and corrected copy be uploaded.
