The petitioner has approached this Court with a limited relief for directing the respondent no.2Collector to decide the representation dated 1.9.2014 for cancellation of MF-II Licence No.52 for sale of Mahua flowers.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2-Collector to decide the representation dated 1.9.2014 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of one month from today. The petitioner is also directed to comply with the necessary formalities if directed by the respondents.
