It is not in dispute that the order of which contempt is alleged, is complied with, albeit belatedly. I have perused the affidavit in reply filed by Rajendra Deshmukh - Sub Divisional Officer - the contemptnor - 4. Be it noted, that notice was issued by this Court only to respondent 4.

Perusal of the affidavit would show that there is no deliberate defiance of the order of this Court. In this view of the matter, the contempt proceedings are dropped. JUDGE
