O R D E R

(Passed on 30.11.2024) 1.

Perused the letter dated 28.11.2024 received from the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Yavatmal (DLSA) alogwith enclosures, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 2.

The agreement has been executed by the appellant as well respondent nos.1 to 5. whereas respondent no.6 had already died before filing of the appeal. Respondent no.7 died during pendency of the appeal. The copy of death certificate of respondent no.7 is also annexed to the letter of DLSA. The agreement is also duly signed by their respective counsel. For the convenience the agreement came to be executed before the learned Adhoc District Judge, Yavatmal still, both parties appeared through video conferencing. They admit execution of the agreement. Respondent no.8-driver is a formal party. 3.

Shri Kedar, learned counsel for the appellant and Shri Bhalerao, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 5 also submit that such agreement has been executed by the parties. Learned counsel for the appellant also filed a pursis to that effect.

In view of this, award be drawn in terms of agreement dt. 28.11.2024. 5.

In view of above, the appeal is disposed of.
