Learned counsel for the respondent no.2, by filing pursis dated 28.07.2025, informed that respondent no.1 has expired on 31.12.2024 and his only legal representative is already on record i.e. respondent no.2. Copy of death certificate of respondent no.1 is also placed on record. 2.
Hence, appeal stands abated against respondent no.1. Name of respondent no.1.

By this application, applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 75 days in filing the appeal.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and no objection given by the learned counsels for the respondents, delay is condoned. Appeal be registered. 5.
