01] By this application, the Appellants have sought to issue fresh notice to Respondent No.2 on the address mentioned in prayer Clause-A of the application. Leave is granted to the Appellants to amend the cause title by amending the address of Respondent No.2. Registry thereafter to issue notice to respondent No.2 as per the new address.
