Criminal Application Nos.48/2020 and 49/2020 seek restoration of the criminal revision applications dismissed in default on 12/02/2020. Though the same is opposed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent no.2

2206 APPR 48 of 2020.odt as well as Advocate Shri Kartik Rao appearing for the respondent no.1, considering the reasons given and accepting the same, the criminal applications are allowed and the order of dismissal dated 12/02/2020 is hereby quashed and set aside and the criminal revision applications are restored to its original file.

Considering that the criminal revision applications are of the year 2019, list the same for final hearing on 07/07/2022 after the end of admission board. Advocate Shri Kartik Rao waives service of notice for the respondent no.1 on merits.
