DATED : 22 NOVEMBER 2021 Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. The learned Counsel for the applicant has pointed out from the application, particularly paragraph No.2, the sufficient cause stated in the application for condonation of delay in filing Second Appeal.

On the other hand, the learned Counsel for the non-applicant opposed the application and prays for dismissal of the same.

Looking to the subject matter involved in the Second Appeal and as the sufficient cause has been shown in the application in paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the application, I am of the view that the application needs to be allowed. Accordingly I pass the following order.

The application is allowed. Delay caused in filing second appeal is condoned.

Office is requested to register the Second Appeal and place the same for admission on 06/12/2021.
