Since the present appeal is dismissed vide judgment and order dated 18.09.2024, the amount deposited by the appellant is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent Nos.1, 2, 3 and 5, who are the original claim petitioners. The respondent Nos.1 and 2, who are parents of the deceased are permitted to withdraw 40% of the amount each along with accrued interest. The respondent Nos.3 and 5, who are unmarried sisters of the deceased are permitted to withdraw 10% of the amount each with accrued interest.
