Civil Application (CAW) No. 794 of 2021 This is an application seeking certain directions, including grant of permission to the petitioner to sow crops for the winter season in the suit fields. As this application was filed on 17/12/2020, it has obviously become infructous.

Hence, it is disposed of as such.
2 wp 6827-2017.odt Writ Petition No. 6827 of 2017 It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present case the dispute is between father and son and despite several attempts the disputes between them have not been settled. It is further submitted that there is an interim order operating. Due to the pendency of this Petition and the disputes between the parties not being resolved, harassment is being caused to the petitioner, who is a senior citizen. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the pendency of the present matter is in fact causing harassment to the respondents.

In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that it would be in the interest of the parties that the present Petition is taken up for final disposal as early as possible. Hence, list this Petition for final disposal by the consent of the learned counsel appearing for rival parties on 15th July, 2021 at 2:30 PM.
