By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent nos.1 and 2 to pay the difference of arrears of salary of the petitioner from the month of April-2012 till March-2014 and the full salary from the month of April-2014 onwards. Shri Shelat, the learned counsel for the respondent no.1, states on instructions that the amount of nearly Rupees Two Lacs is deposited in this Court and the entire dues would be paid to the petitioner as early as possible and positively within a period of six months, in installments.

By accepting the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.1, which would be binding on the respondent no.1, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent no.1 in the Court. Order accordingly.
