On instructions, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the applications. Learned counsel Shri Waghmare for the applicants submits that as the applicants are young and are the bread winners of their family, the directions may be given to the learned Sessions Judge to conclude the trial within a stipulated period.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicants, learned Sessions Judge shall endeavour to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
