This is an application seeking amendment of the revision application. By way of amendment, the applicant wants to bring on record certain facts relevant for deciding the issue involved in the revision application. It is seen on perusal of the application that the applicant intends to bring on record the reasons for not taking timely steps to redress his grievance before the Family Court.

The reply has been filed. It is stated that this amendment application has been made to delay the proceedings. It is submitted that it is nothing but an

37.appr.43.2024.odt attempt to circumvent the well reasoned judgment passed in favour of the respondent.

I have heard the learned Advocates for the parties. 5.

As far as the pleadings are concerned, the parties deserves an opportunity to prove all the facts relevant for adjudication of the matter. In view of this, I do not see any reason to reject the application. Accordingly, the application for amendment is allowed.

The amendment be carried out within two days. The copy of the amended application be provided to the learned Advocate for the respondent.

The criminal application stands disposed of, accordingly.

8.

Criminal Revision Application be listed after two weeks.
