We permit the petitioner to appear before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati on 28th April, 2025 claiming the service benefits including Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACPS). 3.

In case, if the petitioner appears before the said Authority along with copy of the petition with annexures and representation, the said Authority shall decide all the service benefits of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months thereafter. 4.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
