We have perused the record, and prayer clauses in the petition. On perusal of record, it is clear that, the petitioners can agitate their grievance by preferring the Original Applications under Section 19 of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, since the efficacious remedy is available to the petitioners, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach before the Tribunal, if they desire so.
